Terms of Service

QUANT-CAGE is a subscription analytics service. For each covered fight card, we publish a statistical model output — a predicted outcome, a confidence score, and a per-market expected-value breakdown — generated by combining fighter data, market odds, and an AI model (see "Third-party services" in our Privacy Policy for details).

This output is analysis, not advice. It is not a recommendation to place any particular wager, and it does not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or the specific terms offered by any sportsbook. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers you place with a licensed operator elsewhere.

You need an account to submit picks, appear on the leaderboard, or subscribe to a paid plan. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at quant.cage@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide an accurate email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, used to circumvent a plan limit, or used to manipulate the leaderboard (e.g. duplicate accounts, coordinated pick manipulation).

QUANT-CAGE currently offers three plans:

• Prelims — free. Unlimited access to the full archive of concluded cards, every leaderboard category, and picks/badges/profile. No access to analysis of upcoming, unstarted fights.
• Main Card — paid, billed monthly. Unlimited access to AI analysis of upcoming fights, including per-market EV breakdowns.
• Championship — paid, billed monthly. Everything in Main Card, plus priority access to analysis ahead of official weigh-ins.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle through our payment processor, Stripe, starting on the date you subscribe and renewing on the same date each month until cancelled. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid-plan access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically extract, or bulk-download analysis, odds, or fighter data from the service other than through your normal browsing use;
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish paid-plan analysis content without our written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying model or methodology behind our analysis;
• Create multiple accounts to evade a plan limit, manipulate the leaderboard, or abuse a referral/affiliate link;
• Use the service to violate any law applicable to you, including gambling laws in your jurisdiction;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access to any account or system, or introduce malicious code.

We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

Fight outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our analysis reflects a statistical model's output at the time it was generated — it is a probability estimate, not a certainty, and it can be wrong. Past accuracy (including anything shown in our archive or "track record" materials) does not guarantee future results.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that any analysis, prediction, or leaderboard ranking is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

QUANT-CAGE and its analysis, design, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own viewing and participation while your account is active — nothing here transfers ownership of that content to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUANT-CAGE and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including any financial loss connected to a wager placed elsewhere, whether or not informed by our analysis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of Polish law, including liability for intentional misconduct.

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, or discontinue the service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence may also apply and take precedence where they conflict with this section.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify active subscribers by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
